Terms of Service — Khorri Lavette's Custom Designs

By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products All items sold by Khorri Lavette's Custom Designs are made to order. Production begins immediately after your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Order Accuracy You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including jacket style, size, color, personalization (name, embroidery, font, thread color), and shipping address. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout.

3. Production & Shipping Time Please allow 4–5 weeks for your order to be produced and delivered. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will review and work toward a resolution.

5. Personalization & Embroidery Custom embroidery (+$40) is added based on the details you provide at checkout. Please double-check spelling, font preferences, and thread color before placing your order.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and branding associated with Khorri Lavette's Custom Designs are the property of the business and may not be reproduced without permission.
