At Khorri Lavette’s Custom Designs, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment, including:

• Jacket style
• Size
• Color
• Personalization (names, embroidery, etc.)
• Shipping information

If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
