Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 4–5 weeks for your order to be completed and delivered.

Processing Time

• Please allow 4–5 weeks for production and shipping.
• Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
• Khorri Lavette’s Custom Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the area. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange pickup.
